Three bathrooms, two showers and shared kitchen. Roommates are young working professionals and students between 20-35 years old from Japan, Korea and Hong Kong. Quiet hours after 10PM.

Cleaning every two weeks of all bathrooms, kitchen and common spaces by a professional cleaner plus a Roomba robot that vacuums daily.

Each room is secured with an electronic number lock. Main entrance monitored by 24/7 security camera. Well-maintained home in a safe neighbourhood across from a park.

No pets, drugs or smoking. Single occupancy only. Half month security deposit required. Longer stays preferred.
