Quiet residential area. Two basement bedrooms available with shared bath. New construction, bright and cheerful. Twin beds, so great for two people willing to share bathroom and living space. Even a small kitchenette area for breakfast/snacks. Price is per person and includes wifi, tv, free street parking, utilities, and meals. You also have access to sunny front patio and shady back deck. Non smokers only please, as we have asthma. And sorry no cats as they are “chew toys” to our dogs. Rental is month to month so if you’re needing a place for only a limited time, we can do that. Full meals are provided as there is only one main kitchen upstairs (mine lols). Your kitchenette is available for coffee, breakfast and snacks. Basement area provides privacy, and main floor access family environment. Laundry is available on.the main floor.

We are a retired couple with 2 larger dogs. We mainly live in the main floor of our 1200 sq ft home so are willing to share the basement with pet loving, friendly people. My husband is a high functioning autistic and very friendly even though socially awkward at times. Since the main kitchen is upstairs I will do major cooking, but depending on the person I might be willing to share!😀
