About the room
It’s the master bedroom on the top floor of a 4 level split( I, the owner live in the basement), it has a large walk in closet, a balcony and it’s own attached bathroom. 5 min walk to the Shawnessey C-train station. I have a kitten and a friendly dog, so I wouldn’t be able to accept any more pets I don’t think…that part is really up to Kai…my dog.
About the roomies
My dog Kai, kitten Bandit and I live there. I’m a pretty clean fellow, and I would expect the same. I’m older and ex military, so I’m fairly respectable. If you want to smoke it’s going to be outside, as I do. Absolutely no hard drugs and I’m a pretty quiet fellow as well, I like it that way.. this is a great place for a student that needs a place to concentrate…
