$750/month (utilities + internet included). Furnished with wardrobes and dresser. You’ll need your own bed. Unit has all new appliances including in suite laundry and a dishwasher. Street parking is available nearby, you can also see if someone has an available stall to rent in the parkade.

Great location — walk to Grant Mac, NorQuest, groceries, parks, restaurants, gym, and transit.

I do have a big, friendly dog so you’ll need to be a dog person! No additional pets allowed.
