This bright suite in Yaletown is a well-kept sanctuary designed as a quiet landing pad for winding down at the end of the day. While we are on the edge of a vibrant part of the city, the home itself is a relaxed and peaceful environment.

The private room is spacious and fully furnished for a turn-key move-in. It features a queen bed and floor-to-ceiling windows with water views. For focus and productivity, there is a dedicated desk setup with custom blinds and blackout curtains. Storage includes a full-sized closet, dresser, and additional shelving.

Residents have full access to building amenities, including a gym, pool, sauna, and secure bike storage. We are steps away from the Yaletown/Roundhouse Station and the Seawall.

Rent is $1,600/month and includes all utilities, high-speed Wi-Fi, and eco-friendly cleaning/laundry supplies. Available for April 1st or April 15th move-in.
