About the room

Hello,

I’m looking for a roommate from March 1st in my apartment at 710 Spadina Avenue, Toronto, ON M5S 2J3. The apartment is in proximity to Bloor and Spadina at a convenient location in the downtown core; it is a 3 mins walk to the Spadina subway station and a 5 mins walk to the UofT St. George Campus. I am a working professional and have been living in this apartment for over one and a half years. Please find below some relevant details of the room and apartment:

Fully furnished with all basic amenities including the furniture and bed (with mattress), closet, couch, TV etc.
Open kitchen and dining area
Laundry machine and dryer in the basement
One shared bathroom and balcony
Rent control is applicable since I have been living in the apartment for almost one and a half years. Current lease expires on July 31, 2020, and is extendable subject to negotiations with the landlord if I decide to move out (I am undecided yet)
Rent is $1,140 per month, excluding hydro and wifi (heating is included); the average additional (hydro + wifi) bill is in the range of $40-$60 per month (usually in the higher range during summers)
