Hello, beautiful room for rent in a brand new home. I’m moving in July 1, 2026 and could come you August 1,2026. The home is just mins from the hwy and is located in the CedarBrook neighbourhood. This room will be furnished with a bed, nightstand and dresser. There is also a closet. It will most likely be a twin bed. **The pictures posted are the same room but staged as a showroom. It will look similar as I like the decor.

I’m a 52 year old woman who stays primarily at home due to chronic health issues. I haven’t 2 cats and do not want anymore animals in the home. I’m looking preferably for a student who has a social life, maybe a job outside of the home and when they are home is fairly quiet.
