This private bedroom is located in varsity view. It is close to the University of Saskatchewan (20 minutes walking) and a 5-minute walk to a bus route running directly to the university. It is also located close to many grocery stores and restaurants. Renting a room in this house also includes storage space in the garage and complete use of the backyard (firepit and concrete patio). The house has two kitchens and two bathrooms (one in the basement and one on the main floor).

This room is in a 5-bedroom house, shared with 4 other girls. All current renters are recent graduates of undergraduate programs at the University of Saskatchewan. They are sport lovers and not major partiers (although do enjoy a night out now and then!)
