This home offers a comfortable and welcoming space in a quiet, friendly neighbourhood that’s perfect for student living. The available room is located on the basement (ground-level), making it easily accessible while still feeling bright and inviting thanks to its natural lighting. It comes fully furnished with all of the furniture shown in the photos, as well as some decor included for free! The room also has a small knook included in the photos with a lot of storage and shelves, so it’s move-in ready and super functional. The house itself is shared with a group of clean, respectful, and students entering 3 year, creating a positive and balanced living environment. The basement would be shared with only one other roommate downstairs, where you share a bathroom with only that roommate. The bathroom is located in front of your door, making it very easily accessible! The laundry room is also on the basement level, as it is a very large room, leaving storage for shoes, drying racks, and any of our household essentials.

There are also two exits on the basement level, with one door leading to the garage outside and another door leading out of the laundry room outside!

The property also includes a driveway with three parking spots and garage access. It’s conveniently located just a 7-minute walk to the bus stop, with a quick 13-minute ride to the University of Guelph campus on the 15 bus route, making commuting simple and stress-free. Overall, it’s a great mix of comfort, convenience, and a friendly atmosphere.

We’re a group of five second-year girls going into our 3 year this September who are clean, respectful, and easy to get along with. We like to keep our space organized and comfortable, and we’re all mindful of each other’s schedules and boundaries. At the same time, we’re a fun and social group, we enjoy hanging out together, chatting, and creating a positive, welcoming home environment.

We’re looking for someone friendly and considerate who would be a good fit with our dynamic and who appreciates a calm, respectful living space. Overall, we just want to keep our home a supportive, clean, and enjoyable place for everyone! 💕
