It’s a large quiet room and kitchen and at a dead end of the street , short walk or one minute drive to town, 25 minutes from north bay and 55 minutes from Sudbury, no security deposit, no first and last, all past tenants have been extremely happy and many have stayed 2-4 years with me .
About the roomies
All roomates usually have a fulltime job and clean don’t smoke and are very quiet, usually work, cook and watch tv in their room or go for walks or drives, can text on what’s app or iPhone and we must do a video interview to make sure we are a good fit to live together thank you
