Located in beautiful South Osborne, this home is located to many amenities and perfect for bussing, walking, and biking. 2-minute walk to nearby bus stops, located close to rapid transit. 5-7 minute walk to Safeway, Osborne Library, Fort Rouge Leisure Centre, Little Sister Coffee Maker, the Park Theatre, and several restaurants and shops. There is space available on the street in front of the house as well as nearby streets for parking if you have a car. It is a lovely, trendy, and safe area for walking and exploring.

The home is a 1059 square foot townhouse with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom (shared). I live in the home and one of the bedrooms in mine, and one is occupied by a roommate. I have one bedroom I am looking to rent. It is on the upper level and approximately 10x9 feet. It has a spacious double closet and an east-facing window, providing natural light and fresh air. The bedroom may be furnished or unfurnished; I presently have a twin bed, desk, and dresser in the room, but if you have your own furniture, I am happy to remove the furnishings.

There is one bathroom in the home, which has a skylight and jetted tub. There is a washer and dryer located in the basement.

I’ve recently replaced the central A/C system in the home, which means the home will be comfortable and cool even in heat waves.

All bills are included in the $800 rent (water, electric, heat, internet).

The home is completely peanut-free due to allergies. No products containing peanuts or which state “may contain traces of peanuts” are allowed in the home. The home is also a scent-free and smoke-free property.

There are two small dogs in the home (one is mine, one belongs to my roommate). Both are under 15lbs and friendly. Tenants will not be responsible for the care of the dogs, but you must be okay with the dogs wanting to visit you :)

Arlo is my dog - he is a mini poodle / bichon mix (non-shedding), and is about 18 months old. He is fully house trained and past his puppy chewing phase! He is very friendly and loves people and other (small) dogs. Roommates would not be responsible for his care, but would have to be okay with him being around - he will want to say hello and hang out! He is very snuggly and affectionate.
