Renting 1 bedroom in a 1970s 3-bedroom house with semi finished basement and updated appliances. House is centrally located near Fisher & Meadows and is part of condo association so we do have a pool available for use in the summer months. The house also has a small court yard with deck, furniture, and bbq available for use. Room can come furnished or not. Additional parking spots can be rented from condo corporation for $70 a month dependending on availability. I am the home owner and I am currently working on updating all the rooms with new paint and lighting. Kitchen and bathroom are original and will be updated at some point down the road.

Price will vary slightly depending on space needs. Intent was to rent out one bedroom with shared use of common spaces but open to have further conversations if more space is required. I.e. I have a semi-finished basement which could be used for an office or whatever.

I am a 35 year old gay male who works full time in healthcare and primarily remote. I have a small blue heeler named Luthor who also lives here (he’s cute and loves cuddles). During the week I tend to focus on work and house projects. On the weekends, I try to get out and enjoy the city, be in nature, go to concerts, hit up dive bars, or hang with friends. I consider myself a fairly fun and quirky roommate. Hope is to make this a shared and respectful place. I want you to enjoy this space and feel comfortable bringing some friends/family over here and there just like I would.
