10’x10’ with window and closet unfurnished. Couple of large night tables for clothes. Second floor of a house. One person only. No overnight guests. Full access to kitchen, laundry, front porch. I will move furnishings in picture out. You can bring in a portable AC. Shared living space has AC. LGBTQ positive. No smoking or illegal drugs. MUST share in cleaning of kitchen and bathroom. No pets. Possible street parking. Month to month with possible take over of lease in September 2026. See how it goes.
Preference given to male. Must keep regular hours as our bedrooms are beside each other. I play adult alternative soft music in the living kitchen area. Good size fridge/freezer. Sunroom Will empty room before move in. Grocery and pharmacies 5-10 minute walk. Bus 5 minute walk (St. Joseph). Library 5 minute walk.
