10’x10’ with window and closet partially furnished. Black out curtains. Couple of large night tables for clothes. Chair and desk. Needs a bed. Second floor of a house. One person only.
Full access to kitchen, laundry, front porch, sun room. Shared living space has AC. No smoking or illegal drugs. MUST share in cleaning of kitchen and bathroom. No pets. Street parking. Month to month with possible take over of lease in September 2026. See how it goes.
Must keep regular hours as our bedrooms are beside each other. I play adult alternative soft music in the living kitchen area. Good size fridge/freezer. Sunroom Grocery and pharmacies 5 minute walk. Bus 5 minute walk (St. Joseph). Library 5 minute walk.
