About the room
A comfortable, cozy room that’s perfect for relaxing and recharging. Accessible transit, 5 min drive to Marine drive. Free, shared laundry unit on the lower level. It includes a bed and desk, making it great for both rest and productivity. Ideal for someone who wants something central and calm to base themselves while working or in school.
About the roomies
The apartment is shared with three girls (ages 19–26) who are all students and live pretty similar lifestyles. We’re all friendly, respectful, and get along really well but value our own space. The place is generally clean, calm, and a comfortable space to come home to after school or work.
We’re looking for someone who is also clean, considerate, and easygoing to join the apartment, as one of our roommates is moving back home after graduating. Ideally, we’d love someone who enjoys a peaceful living environment and is happy sharing space with other students.
