I’m potentially looking for a roommate if I met the right person. I figure the average people are paying for a room is from $600/month to $700 or even much higher. If I found the right person, I’d be willing to let you stay here at a reduced rent or even rent free if you were the right person and helped out around the house. It’s really tough trying to find someone decent though.
