I’m potentially looking for a roommate if I met the right person. Please read entire post. I figure the average people are paying for a room is from $600/month to $700 or higher. If I found the right person, I’d be willing to let you stay here at a reduced rent or even rent free if you were handy around the house and helped keep it clean ( damaged my ankle and shoulder 3 years ago and have a tough time of it)
Yes you will have your own room, this is not a shack up. I’m not looking for Cinderella to spend hours and hours and hours cooking and cleaning, but just help with the basics. I do not have any substance abuse issues and do undergo enhanced police and vulnerable sector checks for my job so please, no one with a criminal background. House is not a party pad and I’m offering for single occupancy not couples.
