$1000, includes internet, HVAC. Utilities will be shared 50/50 (approx. $40 per month right now), and you will need to be added to the renters insurance which will be split 50/50 (its $50/mo right now for one person). $500 security deposit.

No building parking, street parking only

Comes with a very mild-mannered dog that is very physically affectionate and will definitely want you to pet her and may even sleep on your bed with you. Another dog could be considered. She is ambivalent with other pets, so if you have a dog, we will need to introduce them and see if they gel. No cats, sorry.

You will need to apply to live in the building, which includes a credit check. So someone with poor credit or no credit will not fit.

The move-in date is very flexible, but the sooner, the better.

Ideally, you are a working professional (the bedroom is ideal for night-shift workers), or you are an adult student.
