Shared kitchen, livingroom, diningroom, and family room. 2 bathrooms - one full bathroom (sink, toilet, shower, freestanding bathtub), and one half bathroom (sink and toilet only). Laundry on site. Beautiful exhibition park neighborhood, walking distance to downtown Guelph and on the bus line to the University. The driveway is already occupied, but Tiffany Street has year round overnight free street parking. Single bed and desk available for the room, but can easily be removed. All utilities included in rent.

I am 35 years old and work full time in retail, single, non-smoker, no pets. I love reading, spending time in the garden, and relaxing at the end of the day with a nice glass of wine. I host the occasional dinner party or game night, but am otherwise fairly low-key. Looking for someone quiet, clean, and respectful to share my space with.
