We are looking for a highly responsible, mature, quiet tenant to share (with me and my husband) our home in the Village at Gallagher’s Canyon in Kelowna. This is a gated community with access to amenities, such as pottery, woodworking, tennis, indoor pool, hot tub, very nice gym facilities , billiards and table tennis room. The home is lovely and has wonderful mountain views. We are wanting the right tenant who is meticulously clean and who doesn’t mind doing a bit of yardwork as well. The home would be shared with us on a very limited basis when we are not away traveling.

We are a couple in our mid 60s who are more often than not venturing somewhere away from home. We are looking for someone special, who we feel would be 100% responsible, reliable, meticulously, clean with top notch references. As we will be at home from time to time, we will be highly selective to ensure that we feel that they would be a good fit for us and vice versa.
