The house is in a great area, as there is easy access to a grocery store, Shoppers Drug Mart, a bank and some food places within a five minute walking distance. We are also right next to the 111 and 112 bus stop which makes it easy to get to Carleton University, Billings Bridge and downtown. The room is on the upper floor of the house, with large closet space and a large window overlooking the backyard. There is also a cute ledge beneath the window that can be used as a seating area, or if you are an avid reader, a reading nook. The house is situated in a complex, however it is the unit most recently renovated as the landlord used to live here and renovated it before renting it out!

There are three other roommates living here, 2 girls and 1 guy and we are all students at Carleton university. We are all going into our final years at university but the lease is extendable after another year. We are on the social side sometimes, but weekdays remain quiet as people are busy with work and are focused. Our only house rules are please smoke outside the house and we also have a weekly cleaning schedule to make sure the house remains tidy. We are all outgoing, friendly and easy to get along with and we would love to have you join us next year
