We are all male masters students at Carleton in our 20s. Clean and relatively quiet individuals who hangout as housemates frequently.

About the Location:

• The house is located around Heron and Bank (Near billings bridge)
• Plenty of access to transportation including Line 2 (16min walk), Heron Station (10,111, and 88), Bank (6 downtown, 48 Carleton)
• Access to bike trails along Ottawa River (11min bike to Carleton)
• Grocery stores including Farm boy (8min Walk), Walmart (Billings Bridge), No frills,
• There are plenty of bars and restaurants around the area

• Rent is $715 WITHOUT UTILITIES (around $30-$50 per month)

All 3 of us are Masters of Architecture students at Carleton University in our 20’s. We like to keep our environment clean and tidy. We’re looking for a 4th roommate who could mesh well with us.
