• top unit of a duplex (3 bedroom 1 bathroom) -15 minute bus ride to Carleton near the line 10 bus

• Utilities and wifi included

• Portable AC unit

• furnished with bed desk and chair and wardrobe

• smoking and pets are not allowed

Two other female students will be living here during the summer. Ideally, looking for another female student, but men are welcome.
