About the room
Hi! Looking for a female subletter to take over my room, in a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse in Sandy Hill. Available May 1st to August 31st. Over the summer there will be only be one other roommate living in the house (female).
The house is comfortable and well-kept, with in-unit laundry in the basement , kitchen appliances and air conditioning. The room available for sublet is located in the basement, and has a ensuite bathroom attached. There is also no parking space available, only street parking.
About the roomies
Roommates: You’ll be living with one girl (21) going into their 3rd year at the University of Ottawa. She is a relatively active and outgoing person and throughout the summer will be working majority of the time. She is very easy going and able to respect others spaces and routines.
