Shared washroom with 1 other student, include utilities, wi-fi, washer/dryer, fridge, and standard appliances. Within 5 minutes, to retail shops/banks/groceries. 2 mins to 41st Bus stop, or 49th St and takes 15 mins to UBC.

Landlord is retired and stays upstairs. Basement is shared with 3 students in the common area, kitchen, wi-fi, utilities, (heat, water). Washer/dryer share with Landlord. Washroom and fridge share with another student. No overnight stay, no smoking, no partying and no pets.
