The unit has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Both current roommates work in the banking IT sector on a hybrid schedule, sometimes from home and sometimes from the office. One is in their early 30s and the other is in their late 20s.

We follow a vegetarian diet but have no issues with non‑vegetarian food in the home with minimal cooking -(preferred).

We like calm, clean, and respectful living environment. Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 6 AM, and we appreciate someone who values cleanliness in shared spaces.
