I’m looking for a roommate to share the top floor of a house in Brentwood NW available now. Looking for a responsible female for May 1 or earlier, preferably a grad student, post-doc, or working professional. Rent is $800/month not including utilities. Up to 1 other pet (either a dog or cat) allowed - my dog would enjoy having another animal friend. Unfurnished bedroom available (there is a bed if you would like). Most of the rest of the house is furnished, but I’m happy to move stuff around if you also have furniture. There is also a third small room which can be used as either storage room, converted to an office, or could be a cat room. Large fenced-in backyard shared with the basement neighbors (great for pups). House is 10min walk to the University of Calgary main campus and 5min walk to the LRT train station. Neighborhood is nice and walking distance from grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants, etc. Contract states no loud parties or smoking allowed.

I am an easy-going girl in my early thirties. I’m doing my PhD at the University of Calgary who loves the outdoors. I have a 5 year old female border collie cross who loves both dogs and cats.
