Ideal Tenant Responsible, clean, and respectful individual who values a peaceful and well-maintained living space.
The home is shared with quiet, respectful, and working professionals who maintain a clean and organized living environment. Everyone values privacy, keeps to themselves, and follows a clean-as-you-go lifestyle, especially in shared spaces like the kitchen and washroom.
We are easy-going but disciplined when it comes to cleanliness, noise, and mutual respect. This is not a party house — it’s ideal for someone who has a structured routine (work or studies) and prefers a peaceful place to live.
We believe in clear communication and accountability, so everyone contributes to maintaining the home to a high standard.
