About the room

I am looking for a housemate to sublet the second bedroom for 4 months. It comes with a closet and a twin bed. You will have your own bathroom that is next to your room, but it is not en-suite. This room gets a lot of sunlight since two out of four walls are windows. It is facing southeast, looking towards Wellesley Street. The location of the building is amazing since it is a 2 min walk away from the Wellesley station.

About the roomies

I am a software developer co-op student working in Vaughan. I will be going back to school (U of T) for 4th year in September. I am very extraverted, and friendly. My previous housemates/roommates have mentioned that I am easy to live with. My dealbreaker is that I care about hygiene.
