It is a 3 bedroom townhouse looking to rent 1 room and if you need additional storage you can use the second, 2 parking stalls infront of place.
I currently have 2 cats, normally I’d be ok with you bringing pets the one has extreme anxiety and could potentially give him crystals so it is no other pets ATM
The rent is ideal but can be negotiated as well will cover water, electricity, gas and Internet. You will have full access to upstairs, main and basement
About the roomies
I currently am the only one living in it, I own and unfortunately with all the prices rising I can’t afford it by myself anymore.
I am 34, work full time, enjoy playing video games, reading and painting. I very rarely have friends over and will always try to make you aware and that it’s not interrupting your space.
I do not drink or do drugs. Tho I am not opposed if you do, just be responsible
