Quiet neighbourhood (musqueam southlands area), 30 minute commute to UBC bus loop on the 49. Private room, bathroom and kitchen shared with one roommate. In-suite laundry room, shared with 3 roommates (1 roommate in your suite, 2 in neighbouring suite). All utilities and internet is included. Street parking available.

This basement suite is split into 2 units, connected by a laundry room (the door locks if you do not know the people in the second unit). All current roommates are girls who attend UBC.
