We are looking for a very honest, clean, working person, to live in a very quiet environment. Ideal candidate will provide verifiable excellent working and personal references together with credit check report. Willing to do its share on the cleaning and maintaining of the place. We are renting a room in a very clean apartment, very close to the Bloor West Village, with respectful, honest, quiet and clean tenants. You’ll have 3 bus lines right at the door. 7 blocks from Runnymede Subway station. If you love nature or sports, we are located between High Park Park and Ettienne Brule Old Mill on the Humber River park. 2 Community Centres (Annette and Swansea) Restaurants, Banks, Supermarkets, Coffee Shops, Pharmacies and Libraries at Bloor St, Annette St. or Dundas St. W . It will take about 30 minutes to ride TTC to downtown. Our house is 100% Smoke free, vaping free, marihuana free environment. Unable to accept pets for allergies reasons. All utilities are included, except laundry, there are 2 laundromats about 6 blocks away.

Alquilamos una habitación en un apartamento muy limpio, situado muy cerca de Bloor West Village, con inquilinos respetuosos, honestos, tranquilos y ordenados. Dispondrá de tres líneas de autobús casi en la puerta y a siete cuadras de la estación de metro Runnymede. Si le gusta la naturaleza o el deporte, nuestra ubicación es ideal: estamos situados entre High Park y el parque Etienne Brulé Old Mill, junto al río Humber. Hay restaurantes a poca distancia a pie, así como bancos, supermercados, cafeterías, farmacias y bibliotecas en las calles Bloor St. Annette St. o Dundas St. W. El trayecto en transporte público (TTC) hasta el centro de la ciudad dura unos 30 minutos. Nuestra casa es un entorno 100% libre de humo, vapeo y marihuana.
