Big spacious room right on the border between the Mile End, Little Italy and Rosemont proper, just off the corner of St. Laurent and St. Viateur. You would have a personal balcony that connects to the fire escape. Text for a visit, available weekends and after 6pm weekdays. Shared living space and single bathroom. We’re very clean people so we assign chores for each of us to do every week. Certainly looking for someone on the quieter side, and pets are welcomed with open arms. The roommate moving out is bringing her cat with her :(

The living area is a bit sparse as when we moved in there was another roommate who furnished the whole place. You’d certainly have a voice in what we put out and what furniture we get.

If you wish to apply, know that you must undergo a credit check (or provide proof of income) and you’re going to be signing a 12-month lease. It’s not uncommon to lease transfer here, but that’s what you’ll be signing on for.

I, Maxwell, am an American + Concordia classics graduate in game design and community radio. The other coloc, Julia, is a German bio-med researcher at McGill, here until October. We’re both nerdy, liking board games etc.
