I’m a tenant renting out the spare bedroom in my apartment.

1 bedroom for rent in a 2-bed, 1bath apartment located near Bathurst and Bloor. Apartment is in a basement, but has lots of natural light throughout. The apartment has in-unit laundry, and a bit of a storage area also. Kitchen is fully equipped, living room is furnished. Bedroom is empty, except for a wardrobe.

I am 25, work full-time. I’m quiet, and spend most of my time in my room. On my days off, I enjoy doing crafts, baking and going for walks in the neighborhood. I have a cat, who is friendly but can’t live with other animals.
