A furnished room is available on the second floor of the house. The location is convenient, about a 10‑minute bus ride to York University and a 10–15 minute walk to the nearest grocery store. The second‑floor bathroom is shared with one other roommate. The room comes with a bed, desk, and brown dresser. A lamp and standard office chair are also available (not pictured). Approximate room dimensions:

There are four other roommates living in the main house and two tenants in a separate basement unit. Most tenants are university students, with a few young professionals as well.
