20B is now 182, but has not been updated on Facebook market place. Current residence (who you will be joining) include one boy, one girl, mid twenties. They have a dog and will be living away during the summer months. The mid sized room is available to rent from April 30th onwards. Tenant would be signing onto the current lease, which ends in August. However, discussions with Landlord about a longer lease can be made. You can paint the room any colour as long as it’s not too bold. I am also happy to leave some of the furnishings if needed. I.e. draws, chair and tables. I will be unable to leave mattress and bed frame.

There are two current residence, with a dog. The current residence are friendly, but will be living elsewhere during the summer months.
