Shared house in Toronto (Manning Ave & College St) with a private bedroom available on the main floor starting May 1st. The upstairs primary bedroom is occupied by the me, while the two main floor bedrooms share a washroom and have access to a common living room area. Utilities are included in the rent (internet extra), and the home features onsite laundry with a washer and dryer. Minimum 6-month lease. Parking is available through Toronto street permits. Convenient location just an 8-minute walk to Christie subway station, a 5-minute walk to the 506 streetcar and multiple grocery stores (Metro, Freshco). Looking for other respectful young professionals or students similar to my age for a comfortable shared living environment.

I’m a Registered Nurse that works day and night shifts but I keep quiet during sleep hours. I enjoy the gym, soccer, tennis, and basketball. I also love to socialize will have a friend or two over at times but no house parties. I like to keep the place tidy and quiet since my sleep schedule is all over the place with my work schedule.
