This four bedroom, two car garage house is located in a quiet neighborhood that is walking distance from Peterborough Regional Health Centre. It has a backyard which has a deck and room for lounging outside. The inside of the house is modern and comfortable.

My roommate and I, both females, have lived together for a year now. We are both kind, quiet people who easily get along with others. We have worked together over the last year to share the responsibilities of keeping the house clean and the property maintained. We are looking for someone that enjoys having a clean, organized house and is able to participate to help maintain this. Additionally, I have a friendly cat and my roommate has a French bulldog. Both animals are kind and quiet animals so we would like someone who is comfortable around animals but we would prefer no additional animals.
