Looking for someone to take over my lease for a private bedroom in a 3-storey house downtown. The lease is 1 year with the option to renew. Move-in date is flexible!! You can move-in any time between September 21st and November 1st (other move-in dates around that ballpark can also be negotiated).

About the room & house: It’s a private bedroom on the second floor. Kitchen and bathroom shared with 1 other female roommate (there’s also a powder room on the 1st floor).

There is a third roommate on the 3rd floor, but she has her own private suite, so you won’t share any living spaces with her.

Has in-unit laundry, dishwasher, AC & heating, a fully-equipped kitchen, a front yard, and parking available in the back!

Location: The house is near Queen West and Portland. Less than a 5 minute walk from multiple streetcar lines, Loblaws, Shoppers, Winners, and GoodLife Fitness.

It’s also about a 25 minute walk to UofT and close to Chinatown, Kensington Market, Little Italy, and the downtown core. Lots of cafes, restaurants, grocery stores, and other amenities nearby. It’s a great option if you’re a student or young professional looking for a private room downtown without having to live with a lot of roommates.

About the roomies

There are two other gals living in the house (aside from yourself)!

You’ll be sharing a bathroom and kitchen with Mazaf (she’s currently a student). Third roomie lives in her own suite on the 3rd floor, so you won’t be sharing anything with her aside from the washer and dryer.
