1 private bedroom on the second floor of a 3-story house. Bathroom is shared with 1 other roommate.

Property has a front yard, parking in the back, in-unit laundry, dishwasher, and AC & heating.

<5 minute walk to multiple streetcar lines, Loblaws, Shoppers, and GoodLife Fitness. 25 minute walk to UofT. Close to Chinatown, Kensington Market, Little Italy, and downtown. Convenient spot with lots of grocery options, pharmacies, cafes, libraries, public transit, and stuff to do and eat nearby.

Furniture in the bedroom is not included.

I’m a working professional in my 20s working in animation. I like to keep things clean and quiet, and I mainly come home just to cook and sleep.

I like drawing, playing video games, and going out with friends! I’m not big on parties or super frequent guests, so if you’re more of a party animal we will be incompatible!
