Looking for a FEMALE roommate for a lease takeover/long-term stay in a shared townhouse with 2 other female roommates. This is best suited for someone who can commit beyond the summer (lease renews in August for another 1-year term).
You would be taking over a private bedroom in a 3-storey house.
About the room & home: Private bedroom on the second floor. Shared bathroom with 1 other female roommate.
In-unit laundry, dishwasher, AC & heating. Front yard + parking available in back.
Location: Less than a 5-minute walk to multiple streetcar lines, Loblaws, Shoppers, and GoodLife Fitness. About a 25 minute walk to UofT. Very close to Chinatown, Kensington Market, Little Italy, and downtown core with lots of cafes, grocery stores, restaurants, and amenities nearby.

I’m in my 20s and work full-time in the animation industry, so I keep a pretty consistent weekday schedule.
At home I’m generally pretty low-key, usually cooking or winding down after work. I like to keep the space clean, calm, and comfortable. Good communication and mutual respect with roommates is very important to me.
This is a quieter home environment, so I’m looking for someone who’s also considerate and generally on a similar wavelength. Not a party house, but friendly and easygoing is great!
The second roommate is still being finalized, as we’re also in the process of filling the other room.
