It is a 2 bed 1 bath house, gets really good natural light throughout the day, which honestly makes a big difference. There’s more storage than you’d think, a backyard you can actually use, and the shared spaces — kitchen, living room, bathroom — are kept clean and comfortable. Laundry is in the house, Wi-Fi and utilities are included, and parking is available if you need it. The neighborhood is quieter, which I personally like. The bus stop is less than a minute from the door, grocery stores are walkable, and the beach is about a 20-minute walk if you ever feel like it. Preferred Move-in date is May 1 or before but could be June 1 — just message me and we can figure something out.

You’d be living with one person — me! I’m a woman in my twenties, working and studying part-time. I love a clean, calm, and respectful home — think quiet evenings, tidy shared spaces, and minding each other’s schedules. I’m friendly but also totally respect your privacy and personal space. If you’re someone who keeps things clean, communicates openly, and enjoys a peaceful home environment, we’ll probably get along great! 😊
