I have two rooms available for rent in the South end of Barrie in a 2,200 square feet town home. Currently 2 rooms occupied. 1 bedroom for $850 is with a shared bathroom with another female tenant.

1 bedroom for $1200 in on the main floor with its own walk in closet and 3 piece bathroom inside.

Respectful, clean, working individuals only please. This is a new home, in the south end of Barrie.

Two females who work primarily nights. So home is quiet in the morning and night on work days. Roommates are respectful and kind.
