Looking for a roommate to move into a two bedroom apartment in a brand new unit on the 14th floor in downtown London. Limited photos of the actual unit shared because I only move in May 1st. Can be unfurnished/furnished depending on your preference. Your move in date can be flexible too, as early as may 1st or as late as July 1 but June is preferred. Incredible amenities: 3 rooftop terraces with bbq stations, in-suite laundry, modern finishes, individual furnaces, indoor swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, gym, theatre room, etc. We will both have our separate washrooms. Great unit, location, price, amenities. It is called Talbot terrace. Covered or uncovered parking available too if needed. Pet friendly and actually preferred lol.

A bit about me: I’m easygoing, social, and enjoy going out and trying new things when I can. I am clean and organized and like to keep my surroundings tidy. I also like having friends over from time to time, so I’m hoping to find someone who’s comfortable with a friendly, welcoming vibe at home. More than happy if you have pets, actually that is preferred lol. Ideally looking for someone to have a great summer with and make the most of the amenities the apartment has to offer.
