Available May 1st, I’m offering an unfurnished room in a quiet, recently renovated North York basement suite. The unit is on the smaller side but clean, cozy, and well‑maintained, with rent at $800/month plus utilities (hydro, heat, water, and internet), which typically come to under $100 total. The location is excellent. A short walk to Yorkdale Mall and Yorkdale Station with easy access to transit and amenities. Please note the suite isn’t accessible, as there are a few steps leading to the backyard entrance and another short flight of stairs to the front door

You’ll be living with me, Andel (he/him), a Seneca paralegal student who also works at a gym and DJs on weekends, and Mohammad (he/him), a friendly, low‑key student who keeps to himself. We’re hoping to find someone quiet, mature, and tidy, especially in shared spaces. We like a home where we can chat, share a meal, or hang out when it feels natural, while also respecting each other’s downtime and need for space.
