Rooms are at the front of the house with access to a front porch and back porch and yard. Near bus stops and close to downtown. Common living room area has a big screen t.v. and is fully furnished. Kitchen is small, but workable with three roommates. Yardwork and housework are done by the property owner with some work to be designated to roommies.

I am a business owner that works from the house doing housekeeping, grocery shopping, and deliveries as my line of work along with the Rooms for rent. So far, both other roomies are moving out.
