Hi!! I am looking to rent my private room + private washroom (2 bed 2 bath condo) in the heart of downtown toronto to a solo female roommate (preferably a student) for at least the next school year.

The place is available from May 1st. The rent is 1650 + utilities which will be shared with another UofT student.

It is a 1 minute walk from Wellesley Station and a 9 minute from Bloor Yonge Station. It is near many grocery shops like Rabba, TNT and shoppers as well as the st. george campus.
