I’m looking to sublet my room in a 6 bedroom 3 bathroom unit. (All female unit) $650 all inclusive (original price $925!) + possibility of transferring lease

  • It’s around a 7min walk from the university main campus. You will share a bathroom with one other person until the end of May, and until then, it’s all yours:).
  • It’s on the first floor so you don’t have to climb up stairs.
  • There is a bus station (10 main) a few steps from the house.
  • There is a patio and in-unit laundry, and three fridges. The bedroom comes with a walk-in closet, a desk + chair, a twin-sized bed.
  • No smoking + no pets. Parking $100 extra.
