Close to Whyte Ave, U of A, and U of A Hospital. Laundry in the building. Off-street parking. Includes access to shared common spaces (kitchen, living room, dining room, storage room, two bathrooms). It has some furniture but we could take it out if you brought your own. You would be sharing the house with me and my partner. We’ll be gone for part of the summer, but might find a second subtenant for that time. You may be responsible for mowing our small lawn while we’re away. No smoking. No pets.

I’m a grad student at U of A and my partner works various academic odd jobs. We’re both into folky and nerdy hobbies.
