Laundry in the building. Off-street parking. Includes access to shared common spaces (kitchen, living room, dining room, storage room, two bathrooms). It has a bed and nightstand but we could take them out if you wanted to bring your own. You would be sharing the house with me and my partner. NO SMOKING of any substances. No pets. Sublease can be until August 31, but must be at least one month. Preference will be given to people who can stay at least a few months.
