Only about a 15-minute bus ride to campus, and the bus comes pretty often so it’s super convenient. Close to Food Basics for groceries. Shared kitchen with a gas stove and oven if you like cooking. Really nice location with some walking trails if that is your thing. The room is 10.58m^2 and the house has three washroom for only four tenants.

You’d be sharing the washroom with two other girls, everyone’s really friendly, clean, and respectful of each other’s space. There’s also a guy living downstairs who mostly keeps to himself and is super kind. We’re all students at Western, and it’s a nice mix. Some of us are on co-op and working, while others are in classes. Overall we are pretty easygoing and welcoming.
