2 bedroom 2 bathroom downtown. The room for rent is the master with ensuite.

There is ensuite laundry. Utilities not included. A/C. Great views. The rest of the unit is also flexible with furnishings if you have your own–we can definitely make that work. The building often has parking spots that can be rented. If the lease is taken over there is also additional monthly income that comes in from a rented parking spot that is split between lease-holders.

I am a graduate student in my 30s. I work from home and have a medium-sized fluffy dog. I consider myself a friendly, respectful, and clean housemate. I prefer a low-key vibe at home. Although not necessary for a good roommate dynamic, it’s nice to have a balance of being able to chat sometimes but respectful each other’s space and do our own thing. Nonsmoker.
