Looking for someone long-term (to take over part of the lease).

Move-in date is somewhat flexible.

2 bedroom 2 bathroom downtown. The room for rent is the master with ensuite.

There is ensuite laundry. Utilities not included. A/C. Great views. The bedroom and overall unit is flexible with furnishings. The building often has parking spots that can be rented. There is also additional monthly income from a rented parking spot that is split between lease-holders.

I am a graduate student in my 30s. I work from home and have a medium-sized fluffy dog. I consider myself a friendly, respectful, and clean housemate. I prefer a low-key vibe at home. Although not necessary for a good roommate dynamic, it’s nice to have a balance of being able to chat sometimes but respectful each other’s space and do our own thing. Nonsmoker.
