Ideally looking for someone long-term (to take over a lease) but open to shorter term in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom downtown condo.

Move-in date is flexible.

There is ensuite laundry. A/C. Great views. The room can be furnished or unfurnished. The rest of the unit is also flexible with the furnishings if you have your own–that is something we can discuss. The building often has parking spots that can be rented.

You would be living with me, a graduate student in my 30s. I work from home so am looking for someone who works (at least most of the time) not from home. I have a medium-sized fluffy dog. I consider myself a friendly, respectful, and clean housemate. Although not necessary for a good roommate dynamic, it’s nice to have a balance of being able to chat sometimes but respectful each other’s space and do our own thing.
