The Space This is a fully furnished 1-bedroom with your own private bathroom in a 2-bed, 2-bath condo downtown, right next to the CN Tower and the PATH. The room comes with a queen bed and bedding, towels, and the place is set up with a couch, TV, dining table, cookware, and everything you need to move right in. Internet is included and utilities (hydro and heat) are split two ways.

The building itself has a gym, spin room, yoga room, 24-hour concierge, and a terrace with a pool, cabanas, and BBQs. The condo has high ceilings, an open-concept layout, split bedrooms for privacy, and a big balcony with a great view. You’re also steps from transit, the highway, and bike-friendly routes.

Price: Base rent + your half of utilities. Internet included.

Lease: Flexible, with a 4-month minimum. Can go up to 12 months or longer.
