Shared spaces include a kitchen, a laundry room, one more washroom, two fridges/freezers, and a living space. Beautiful large backyard area, with a patio. Very short walk to the bus stop(<1 min), and a 5-7 minute bus to campus. Walking distance to Masonville Mall, and close proximity to many good restaurants(Five Guys, Wingstop, Chick-fil-A, Starbucks). The room available is the second one in the basement.
