The location is a major highlight—right in downtown Toronto, steps from Queen West, Chinatown, the AGO, U of T, TMU, and major hospitals. TTC access is close by, and everything you need (groceries, cafes, restaurants) is within walking distance.

You’ll be living with one working professional in their 40s who works in marketing and is currently completing an MBA part-time. I keep a clean, organized home and have a structured routine during the week, balancing work, school, and downtime.

The environment is quiet, respectful, and low-key—more of a relaxed home than a party space. I’m social and easy to get along with, but also value personal space and a comfortable living dynamic.

I also have a friendly, well-behaved Cavalier King Charles Spaniel who’s great with people and adds a bit of personality to the home.
